PAYMENT METHODS
We can accept several ways of paying your orders. All payments are made in Euro.
- Cash is the easiest way to go, pay at the cashier at our shop or pay on delivery.
- We accept checks only from existing / repeated customers.

- Pay by Debit or Credit card, via a point of sale (POS) at our shop.

SPECIAL ORDERS - DEPOSITS &PAYMENTS
To offer our clients an extensive range of high-end, exclusive, and tailored made lighting fixtures, certain items not held in our standard showroom inventory must be specially ordered from our international suppliers. Delivery time may vary from one week up to a month.
- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A minimum upfront deposit of 50% of the quoted value is required to initiate any special or custom order. This deposit is strictly non-refundable once the order is placed with our supplier and serves to cover manufacturing, procurement, and supplier commitments.
- Final Balance: The final remaining 50% balance of the invoice is due immediately upon the arrival, collection, or scheduled delivery of the products. Ownership: Ownership of all products remains strictly with the seller until the invoice is paid in full.
COLLECTION & ABANDONMENT POLICY
- 30-Day Pickup Window : To protect fragile high-end lighting fixtures and manage limited warehouse space, all products must be collected or accepted for delivery within 30 days of our team notifying you of their arrival.

- 90-Day Abandonment Rule : If an order remains uncollected and the final balance is unpaid after 90 calendar days from the initial arrival notification, the order will be automatically cancelled. In this event, the item will be returned to store inventory or liquidated, and the initial 50% deposit will be fully forfeited to C & S LIGHTS ON LTD to recover costs.
